Job summary

Gratitude India is seeking a Senior RTR Analyst in Gurugram to lead R2R processes, including journal entries and month-end close, with responsibility for fixed assets, lease accounting and balance sheet reconciliations.

Lean Six Sigma certified candidates with advanced Excel, reporting, compliance, quality checks and process improvement expertise are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• SME in R2R with 3+ years handling journal entries and close processes.
• Knowledge of fixed assets, lease accounting and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Lean Six Sigma certified with strong control, quality checks and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead R2R processes including journal entries and month-end close.
• Ensure accuracy of fixed assets, lease accounting and reconciliations.
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with controls.
