Inspiration Manpower Consultancy is seeking experienced R2R/Account Reconciliation professionals for its Finance Operations team in Mumbai. The role involves analyzing financial data, reconciling transactions and accounts, identifying discrepancies, and supporting accurate financial reporting.

Ideal candidates have 3–16 years of R2R/GL reconciliation experience, a B.Com, and strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 3–16 years of relevant experience in R2R / General Ledger / Account Reconciliation.
• Strong hands-on experience in Account Reconciliations.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Reconcile General Ledger and Sub-Ledger accounts.
• Analyze financial transactions and operational data.
• Identify and resolve moderately complex accounting and reconciliation issues.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and review reconciliation reports and supporting documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Work with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve outstanding items.
• Follow established accounting processes, controls, and procedures.
• Manage assigned activities independently and contribute to team objectives.
• Handle rotational shifts as required.
