Job summary

Peoplefy Infosolutions in Mangaluru invites an experienced recruitment professional to lead RPO coordination for non-IT hiring. You will align client HR teams with backend delivery, drive candidate tracking, and ensure timely closures across Manufacturing, Engineering, and Corporate functions.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage escalations, and maintain MIS reports, contributing to high client satisfaction. Immediate joiners preferred and 5 days WFO at the client site.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in recruitment/coordination (non IT)
• Strong experience in Non-IT recruitment across Manufacturing, Plant Hiring, Engineering, and Corporate Functions
• Experience in RPO coordination and/or client-facing recruitment roles
• Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and stakeholder management
• Experience in requirement gathering and cascading requirements to the backend delivery team
• Knowledge of data management, MIS, recruitment reports and recruitment tracking

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly review calls with the backend delivery SPOC and Account Head, and monitor progress to avoid deviations or escalations
• Manage escalations proactively by identifying issues and providing timely solutions to client concerns
• Support the client HR team in other transactional areas, if requested
• Maintaining daily/weekly MIS/reports

PRE-REQUISITES

- 5 - 10 years of experience in recruitment/coordination- NON IT

- Strong experience in Non-IT recruitment, particularly in Manufacturing, Plant Hiring, Engineering Hiring, and Corporate Function Hiring.

- Experience in RPO coordination and/or client-facing recruitment roles is preferred.

- Notice Period: Immediate joiners to 15 days preferred.
