Job summary

Dynpro in Bengaluru, India seeks an experienced Blue Prism Developer to deliver end-to-end automation, manage robot workloads, and maintain lifecycle documents. The role focuses on building reusable processes, optimizing performance, and supporting UAT rollout.

You will work within enterprise-scale Blue Prism environments, emphasizing robust exception handling, VBO tracking, and strong client communication. A certification (AD01) is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of continuous hands-on development experience strictly inside the enterprise Blue Prism environment.
• Active Blue Prism Certified Developer (AD01) credential is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with multi-bot architecture, internal VBO tracking, and exception handling logic.
• Experience with structured SDLC workflows (Agile or Waterfall).
• Strong written documentation and client communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Automation Build: Configure end-to-end Blue Prism processes and reusable objects utilizing Process Studio and Object Studio according to standard core design principles.
• Pipeline Management: Manage robot workloads, session setups, and transaction logic via Blue Prism Work Queues and Control Room parameters.
• Technical Documentation: Author, maintain, and review critical lifecycle artifacts including Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Testing & Optimization: Create precise pre-UAT testing procedures, execute performance tuning, and support operations teams during live UAT rollouts.
• Change Engineering: Investigate operational discrepancies, handle production exceptions, and deploy software changes through structured release control.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience Threshold: Minimum 2+ years of continuous hands-on development experience strictly inside the enterprise Blue Prism environment.
• Mandatory Certification: Active Blue Prism Certified Developer (AD01) credential is highly preferred.
• Tooling Fluency: Strong background with multi-bot architecture, internal VBO tracking, and exception handling logic.
