Job summary

SRS Infoway in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Blue Prism Developer with 6-8 years of IT experience and 7+ years of hands-on Blue Prism development to design, build, test, and deploy automation solutions.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and Solution Architects to deliver reusable components, ensure development standards are met, and support production bots in a fast-paced RPA environment.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of overall IT experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Blue Prism Development.
• Strong experience with Blue Prism Object Studio & Process Studio and related components.
• Expertise integrating Blue Prism with SAP, web/desktop apps, APIs, and databases.
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git/TFS) and programming basics (.NET/C#/VBA/PowerShell/Python).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement RPA solutions using Blue Prism.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop reusable automation components and frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Solution Architects, and support teams to gather requirements.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to RPA development standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues and monitor bots.
• Prepare PDD and SDD documents and support automation feasibility studies.
• Estimate effort and ensure security, governance, and best practices.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
