Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Bengaluru seeks a capable RPA Developer to design, develop and support applications. You will report to the Account Service Delivery Lead and collaborate with business units and IT teams to enable digital capabilities.

You will work hands-on with Blue Prism on web and mainframe interfaces, contribute to agile practices with JIRA and DevOps, and deliver solutions quickly to maximize ROI while maintaining high quality and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• RPA development experience, especially Blue Prism.
• Ability to work independently across functions.
• Strong problem analysis and innovative solution skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs to design, develop and deliver applications to meet business objectives.
• Provide application maintenance and support per SLA.
• Deliver applications per IT policies.
• Share technical knowledge with team members.
• Implement RPA using Blue Prism for Web, thick clients, mainframes, surface automation.
• Work in Agile, use Jira; DevOps experience.
• Understand requirements and implement efficient ROI-focused solutions.
• Stakeholder management and good communication skills.
• Develop plug-in APIs using C# or Java to support automation.
• Unit testing, SIT/UAT support, hyper care, handover to L3, and user training documentation.

In this role, associates will design, develop, and provide support for applications. As part of this dynamic role, he/she will report to Account Service Delivery Lead and work closely with business units and other IT teams to deliver leading edge technology to enable digital capabilities.

Skills:

• Experience in Robotics Process Automation development, particularly in Blue Prism
