Tekskills Inc. in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced RPA Platform Administrator to manage, monitor, and support enterprise RPA platforms including UiPath and WorkFusion across development, UAT, and production environments.

The role requires hands-on administration of UiPath Orchestrator, WorkFusion Control Tower, Windows Server, AD and SSO, as well as incident and change management, with a strong emphasis on security and monitoring tools such as Splunk and Grafana.

Formación

• Experience administering RPA platforms in development, UAT and production environments.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath Orchestrator and WorkFusion Control Tower.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and SSO.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity vaults and secrets management (e.g., CyberArk/Azure Key Vault).
• Proficient in ITSM processes and monitoring/observability tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, monitor, support, and maintain enterprise RPA platforms across environments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate incident resolution.
• Handle platform upgrades, configurations, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with ITSM tools (ServiceNow/JIRA) for change and problem management.
