Job summary

Good co India is seeking an experienced RPA Architect to lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise robotic process automation solutions. You will analyze processes for automation opportunities and guide a team of developers in building scalable, secure RPAs using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

The role requires strong programming skills (C#, Python, VB.NET), SQL proficiency, and hands-on experience with orchestration, queues, and security.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in RPA, intelligent automation, or related tech domain.
• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism; expertise in one major RPA platform is essential.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end enterprise RPA solutions.
• Strong understanding of RPA architecture, orchestrator, queues, logging, and bot security.
• Good programming/scripting knowledge in C#, Python, VB.NET, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
• Strong SQL and DB knowledge; experience integrating APIs and enterprise apps.
• Experience leading RPA development teams and mentoring junior/mid-level developers.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC practices.
• Familiarity with Azure/AWS, CI/CD, Git, and cloud-based automation is a plus.
• RPA certifications preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering; postgrad qualifications are an advantage.

• Track progress, risks and deliverables; provide status updates.
• Stay updated with RPA, AI, automation and process mining trends.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of RPA solutions across business processes.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and digital transformation.
• Design scalable and secure RPA solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Lead and mentor RPA developers and provide technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices.
• Translate business requirements into Process Design Documents (PDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and technical specifications.
• Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, web services, and other systems.
• Manage bot deployment, scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support through RPA orchestrator platforms.
• Ensure automation solutions meet quality, security, performance, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, IT teams, and project managers throughout the automation lifecycle.
• Conduct feasibility assessments, effort estimations, technical evaluations, and automation prioritization.
• Drive RPA standards, reusable components, frameworks, and best practices across projects.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents.
• Support CI/CD, version control, testing, and DevOps practices for RPA implementations.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Stay current with emerging RPA, AI, intelligent automation, and process-mining technologies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and standard SDLC practices.
• Familiarity with Azure/AWS, CI/CD, Git, DevOps, and cloud-based automation is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to independently manage technical deliverables while working with cross-functional teams.
• RPA certifications such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
