Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking an experienced RPA Platform Administrator to manage, monitor, support, and maintain enterprise RPA platforms including UiPath and WorkFusion across development, UAT, and production environments.

The role requires hands-on administration, installation, upgrades, and configuration, plus strong ITSM and security tooling knowledge to ensure reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Experience administering enterprise RPA platforms (UiPath and WorkFusion).
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide production support for RPA environments.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, AD/SSO and credential vaults (CyberArk/Azure Key Vault).
• Familiarity with ITSM processes, incident/change/problem management, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, support and maintain RPA platforms across development, UAT, and production environments.
• Install, upgrade and configure UiPath and WorkFusion components; ensure high availability.
• Respond to incidents, coordinate with ITSM, and perform problem management activities.
• Leverage monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana) to ensure platform health.
