Responsibilities

• Execute plan machine wise and ensure targets are achieved.
• Allocate manpower on machines according to skill and requirement.
• Check housekeeping status and instruct workers on abnormalities.
• Decide suitable machine according to fabric quality and process.
• Coordinate with Dyeing Lab to ensure recipes are ready before shift.
• Ensure machine maintenance and create EWR as needed.
• Verify dyes and chemicals availability and labeling.
• Cross-check greige fabric quality before dyeing.
• Ensure shade matching and colour fastness before unloading.
• Take ownership for quality and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with QC for dyeing quality reports and action plans.
• Maintain 5S in office and floor.
