Job summary

Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, FL, is seeking a Rooms Division leader to oversee day-to-day operations across Front Office and Housekeeping, ensuring service excellence and alignment with brand standards. You will drive guest satisfaction, optimize revenue opportunities, and support staff development.

The ideal candidate has a hospitality management background with 3–5 years of progressive Rooms Division experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role, and strong leadership

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive work experience in Rooms Division operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role such as Front Office Manager, Housekeeping Manager, or similar.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple operational areas effectively.
