Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Robotic Process Automation Trainer, based in Jaipur. The RPA Trainer will be responsible for conducting training needs analysis, developing and delivering training programs for new hires, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer. The primary focus will be on providing hands-on training, preparing training materials, and assessing trainee performance. Additionally, the RPA Trainer will be responsible for creating and updating training documentation, conducting presentations, and collaborating with various teams to understand training requirements.
