Qualifications

• 0 to 1+ year of hands-on experience in RPA development/training.
• Strong practical knowledge of R programming/ python is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath is highly preferred.
• Experience with other RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of automation workflows and real-world RPA use cases.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
• Prior training/teaching experience is an advantage.
