Job summary

Haskoning invites experienced civil engineers to join our Roha, Raigad office as a project quality and design review professional. You will assess EPC designs for IRC/MoRTH compliance, inspect sites, verify pavement methods, and ensure adherence to QAP and HSE requirements.

We seek graduates in Civil Engineering with a Master's, 15 years progressive project experience, and at least 5 years on large-scale construction. We offer a market competitive salary and employee-friendly benefits.

• Graduates in Civil Engineering with a Master's in Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of progressive programme or project experience.
• 5+ years on large-scale construction projects.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental sustainability, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Review EPC contractor designs for compliance with IRC, MoRTH, and contract requirements.
• Provide design review comments and recommend approval or rejection based on technical suitability.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure works conform to drawings and specifications.
• Verify construction methodologies for pavement works (earthwork, subgrade, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, DLC, PQC).
• Monitor quality, testing activities, and implementation of the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).
• Identify deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Review contractor resources, progress, delays, risks, and mitigation measures.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment requirements.
• Review and recommend interim payments (RA bills) based on quantities and contract provisions.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and government authorities for smooth project execution.
