Job summary

Haskoning seeks a civil engineering professional to serve as the primary liaison for clients and coordinate marine infrastructure projects from our Vijayawada office, Andhra Pradesh. You will prepare detailed project reports and conceptual designs, engage with stakeholders, ensure EC/CRZ clearances, and support project planning, design development, and client discussions.

2–5 years of BE/ME/MTech Civil required; strong communication and documentation skills are essential; market-competitive

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for client coordination and liaison activities.
• Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) and conceptual designs for marine infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with various project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of project activities.
• Liaise with survey agencies for planning, execution, and review of survey works required for project development.
• Coordinate with environmental consultants/agencies for baseline studies and obtain necessary Environmental Clearance (EC) and Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ) approvals.
• Monitor and follow up on statutory applications and regulatory compliance requirements related to environmental and coastal clearances.
• Prepare, review, and submit technical reports, drawings, and other project deliverables as per project timelines and quality standards.
• Provide technical support during project planning, design development, and client discussions.
• Ensure effective communication between the client, consultants, regulatory authorities, and internal project teams.
