Job summary

Superklean Enviornmental Engineers is seeking hands-on Execution Technicians to install, test, commission and troubleshoot water and wastewater treatment plants across India. You will perform RO, WTP, STP and ETP installations, piping, electrical work and on-site troubleshooting.

The role requires practical site experience, willingness to travel across India and a strong focus on safety and reporting. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• ITI Electrician, Plumber or Fitter with relevant site experience.
• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering acceptable.
• 3–7 years of hands-on RO/WTP/STP/ETP installation and commissioning preferred.
• Ability to travel and work at project sites across India.

Responsibilities

• Install and test RO, WTP, STP & ETP plants as per P&ID, GA drawings and specifications.
• Execute piping/plumbing using HDPE, UPVC, CPVC & GI pipes.
• Handle basic electrical connections and coordinate with electrical/panel teams.
• Support testing, trial runs, commissioning and equipment performance checks.
• Troubleshoot leakage, pump/blower issues, RO pressure, valves and electrical faults.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, supervisors, contractors and clients; maintain safety and daily progress reports.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Install and execute RO, WTP, STP & ETP plants as per P&ID, GA drawings and specifications.
• Execute piping/plumbing using HDPE, UPVC, CPVC & GI pipes.
• Handle basic electrical connections and coordinate with electrical/panel teams.
• Support testing, trial runs, commissioning and equipment performance checks.
• Troubleshoot leakage, pump/blower issues, RO pressure, valves and electrical faults.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, supervisors, contractors and clients; maintain safety and daily progress reports.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong practical knowledge of piping, plumbing, pump installation/alignment and hydro/leak testing.
• Basic 3-phase electrical knowledge: motor/cable termination, LT panels, DOL, Star-Delta, VFD, earthing and sensors.
• Ability to read P&ID, GA, piping and equipment layout drawings.
• Good troubleshooting and independent site execution skills.

Education & Experience

ITI Electrician / Plumber / Fitter OR Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering.

3 to 7 years of relevant site experience; RO/WTP/STP/ETP installation & commissioning experience preferred.

Other Requirements

• Willing to travel and stay at project sites across India.
• Physically fit and comfortable with site-based work.
• Two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
