Job summary

Darwinbox Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a field-based Home Loan Sales professional in Mathura to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through direct sourcing and networking.

You will go on field visits to explain loan products, meet targets, and build lasting relationships with customers while coordinating with credit teams for smooth loan processing and disbursal. Graduate with 1–5 years in Home Loan/Mortgage sales is preferred; two-wheeler ownership is an added advantage, and

• 1-5 years of experience in Home Loan or Mortgage Sales within the BFSI/NBFC sector.
• Prior experience in direct customer acquisition and channel sales preferred; Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
• Strong local market knowledge and established network in the region.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Customer handling and relationship-building abilities. Result-oriented and self-motivated.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

Job Purpose
