Job summary

The Silicon Partners, Inc. in Noida Sector 136 is seeking a seasoned SAP recruitment specialist to drive workforce planning, demand-supply alignment, and resource deployment across multiple modules. You will coordinate with recruitment, delivery, and account teams to fill critical roles and optimize utilization.

Strong analytics, stakeholder management, and MS Excel expertise are required; willingness to work with US time zones and a work-from-office setup in Noida will be expected.

Job description

• 810 years of experience in SAP recruitment, preferably across multiple SAP modules and domains.
• Strong hands-on experience in Resource Management Group (RMG) activities, workforce planning, and resource deployment.
• Expertise in demand-supply management, resource allocation, bench management, and utilization tracking.
• Experience in workforce planning, resource forecasting, and matching available resources to project requirements.
• Proficiency in advanced MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Strong experience preparing MIS reports, dashboards, resource utilization reports, and management updates.
• Ability to track resource availability, upcoming roll-offs, bench ageing, and deployment status.
• Experience coordinating with recruitment, delivery, account management, and business stakeholders to fulfill resource requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in team handling and manpower planning will be an added advantage.

• Willingness to work with US-time-zone overlap as required.
