Key Responsibilities
Business Development - Existing Client Relationship Management
- Generate revenue by offering banking products and services.
- Identify new opportunities within the existing client base.
- Maintain strong client relationships to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct joint client meetings with internal teams for cross-sell and service delivery.
- Monitor credit health through periodic client visits.
Business Development - New Client Acquisition
- Identify and develop potential corporate clients.
- Acquire new relationships, including MNCs, through follow-ups and meetings.
- Offer value-added solutions to convert prospects.
Product Penetration & Cross-Sell
- Identify client needs to cross-sell suitable products.
- Generate new opportunities by understanding client requirements.
Increase in Wallet Share
- Enhance the Bank's share in existing client portfolios.
- Prepare credit appraisals and analyze financials for deal structuring.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely service delivery.
Knowledge Building and Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on regulations and internal guidelines.
- Share market insights and updates with peers.
- Monitor competition to identify emerging opportunities.
Education
- MBA/CA/ICWA/CFA with a bachelor's degree.
