This role serves as a Risk Manager responsible for performing deep dive investigations, coordinating with technical, program, and operational teams, and ensuring systematic delivery of risk mitigation outcomes while demonstrating strategic leadership capabilities. The role includes ownership of organizational playbooks that enable consistent investigation execution across cross-functional teams. Complexity and Ambiguity: The Risk Manager navigates investigation execution with multiple dependencies and stakeholders, coordinates across 5-8 functional teams, synthesizes investigation insights into clear communications, and balances competing priorities across case resolution, reporting, and process improvement. The role requires managing ambiguity in investigation requirements, facilitating alignment across technical and business stakeholders, conducting iterative refinements based on findings, and driving outcomes through effective coordination. Additionally, the role involves creating playbooks that standardize investigation approaches while allowing flexibility for different risk contexts.
