Accenture is seeking a talented Workplace Solution Architect to join our pre-sales and solutioning team in Pune. You will design innovative Digital Workplace solutions to boost employee experience and productivity for clients, and develop compelling proposals and blueprints.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Digital Workplace technologies and end-user computing.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune).
• Hands-on experience with VDI technologies: Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), VMware Horizon.
• Expertise in collaboration platforms: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex.
• Experience with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) tools: Nexthink, Lakeside, 1E.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 deployment, imaging, and autopilot.
• Understanding of endpoint security solutions and Zero-Trust principles.
• Excellent client-facing and consultative selling skills.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership on emerging Digital Workplace technologies and trends.
• Design endpoint lifecycle management strategies and device refresh programs.
• Develop Digital Employee Experience (DEX) measurement frameworks and improvement roadmaps.
• Architect Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS) solutions.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and smooth handover.
