Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Pune is seeking an experienced RFP professional to lead Fixed Income RFP content within a global asset management context. This role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience and an MBA in Finance with CFA Level II.

You will collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Sales Advisors, and senior investment staff to craft accurate proposals, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery under tight deadlines.

Experience & Education:

• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in RFPs and the asset management industry required. Direct experience crafting and managing Fixed Income RFP content is mandatory.
• Education: MBA in Finance and completion of CFA Level II required.

Domain & Technical Expertise:

• Fixed Income Knowledge: Strong understanding of the broader fixed income market and the asset management industry, with a demonstrated ability to grasp complex investment philosophies, research strategies, and product lifecycle processes.
• Systems Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Word) and a proven track record of rapidly learning internal systems and software applications.
