Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition (Technical & Non Technical Recruiting)

About Your Role

As a Senior RFI Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our Technology–Client Response Team. Your role involves functionally supporting the team to ensure that client responses are submitted in a timely manner, are accurate, and of high quality. You will serve as the point of contact for various technological domains, ensuring that the information shared with clients is precise and factually correct. Additionally, the team is responsible for facilitating client audits and follow-ups, managing the content of existing client responses, and maintaining glossy documents within the enterprise system of record.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure all questionnaires and Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) requests are completed to a high standard—accurate, comprehensive, and submitted within agreed deadlines.
• Provide responses across various technology domains, ensuring concise, relevant, and specific information is shared with clients, supported by external audit reports.
• Manage day-to-day response activities, including request volumes, work allocation, and team coordination.
• Foster a collaborative environment and maintain strong working relationships with technology and client-facing teams across multiple locations.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in gathering information and data to respond to a high volume of RFI requests.
• Sound understanding of IT risks and controls, with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to evolving requirements from both client-facing and technology teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with geographically dispersed teams.
• Intellectually curious and proactive in identifying and resolving problems.
