US Based MNC in Navi Mumbai is seeking an RFID Field Engineer to lead end-to-end RFID solution design and deployment for our India team. You will drive deployment at vendor factories, craft strategic plans, and demonstrate value through live demos and hands-on implementation.

The role requires building customer cases, translating factory workflows into RFID solutions, and coordinating proof-of-concept programs to accelerate adoption in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Deployment

• Identify and target vendor factories that would benefit from our RFID-based supply chain visibility solution.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for deploying RFID hardware and software Solutions to the factories.
• Educate factory stakeholders on how the solution improves data accuracy, operational efficiency, and visibility for their customers.
• Position RFID solutions as value-driven investments

Consultation

• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding factory workflows, production challenges, and supply chain pain points.
• Translate operational challenges into tailored RFID solutions aligned with factory and brand requirements.
• Scope customer requirements to ensure alignment with solution capabilities.
• Develop and present business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and phased rollout strategies.
• Support proof-of-concept programs, pilots, and phased deployments to accelerate customer adoption, including arranging first-hand, real-time demonstrations by taking prospective customers to factories where RFID solutions are already deployed in the region, whenever available, to showcase live use cases and proven outcomes
