• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Communication Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in RF design and simulation.
• Proficiency in CST, ADS, HFSS.
• Strong understanding of RF fundamentals: impedance matching, S-parameters, noise figure, gain, and linearity.
• Experience in schematic capture, PCB layout for RF circuits, and design for manufacturability.
• Familiarity with RF test equipment: VNA, spectrum analyzer, signal generators.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Prior experience with DRDO or defence-related projects is a strong advantage.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior RF Design Engineer to lead and contribute to the development of advanced RF systems for mission-critical applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in RF system architecture, simulation of passive and active components, and hands‑on experience with industry‑standard tools. This role demands technical leadership, documentation discipline, and collaborative teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF systems including front-end architectures, filters, amplifiers, and matching networks.
• Perform electromagnetic simulations using tools such as CST Microwave Studio, Keysight ADS, and ANSYS HFSS.
• Optimize performance of passive and active RF components through iterative simulation and prototyping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (minimum team size: 5), including mechanical, digital, and firmware engineers.
• Prepare, maintain, and review technical documentation including design reports, test procedures, and compliance matrices.
• Support system integration, validation, and troubleshooting during development and testing.
• Ensure designs meet MIL-grade specifications including EMI/EMC and ESS standards.
