Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end validation of complex systems and cutting‑edge features, including functional and performance validation for next‑generation wireless communication systems.
- Test and validate high‑speed wireless backhaul and mesh distribution solutions that connect broadband sites to the core network.
- Design, run, and analyze automated test suites using codeless platforms to accelerate feature validation and reduce manual effort.
- Lead investigations into system failures and performance issues using data‑driven techniques and AI‑assisted diagnostics.
- Define and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure robust functionality, scalability, and real‑world resilience.
- Build, configure, and maintain advanced test environments from the ground up.
- Contribute to system validation that redefines efficiency through IoT, AI integration, and advanced communication protocols.
Requirements
- BE/B Tech in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of Ethernet Layer‑2 switching (Cisco, HP, Juniper).
- Good English language skills in speaking and writing.
- 2‑6 years of relevant experience in System Verification (functional and performance).
- Experience in functional and performance validation of features on hardware‑based products.
- Relevant experience in writing and performing manual and automatic tests.
- Experience in designing and developing manual tests for embedded features and entire systems.
- Experience operating Ethernet (XENA).
- Experience with microwave radio, modulation, and error‑free data transmission.
