Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced RF Software Engineer with strong expertise in 4G LTE and 5G NR technologies to develop, integrate, and optimize RF software solutions for wireless communication products. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in cellular modem technologies, RF calibration, protocol interactions, network performance optimization, and troubleshooting across modem, RF, and application layers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF software components supporting LTE and 5G NR modem platforms.
• Implement RF control algorithms, calibration procedures, and feature enhancements.
• Develop software interfaces between RF transceivers, modem platforms, protocol stacks, and application layers.
• Collaborate with chipset vendors, operators, certification agencies, and global development teams.
• Participate in system architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical evaluations.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills

• Strong programming skills in C/C++ .
• Good understanding of cellular modem architecture and RF communication systems.

Preferred Skills

Educational Qualification
