Job summary

Quectel is seeking an experienced RF hardware professional to provide technical support spanning 2G/3G/4G/5G, CAT-M/NB-IoT, GNSS, Wi-Fi, and related wireless modules. You will troubleshoot, debug, and deliver design solutions aligned with customer applications.

The role requires coordinating with CPM/FAE/Cert teams, reviewing SCH/PCB designs with EDA tools, and assisting in OTA/EMC certification processes. Pune, Maharashtra, India based with on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field with 3+ years of hands-on RF hardware experience.
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting and board-level debugging for cellular (5G NR, LTE, NB-IoT, CAT-M) and non-cellular modules.
• Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve RF hardware issues.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for RF hardware technical support in debugging and resolving on 2G/3G/4G/5G/CAT-M/NB-IoT/GNSS/Wi-Fi and other wireless module products.
• Provide reliable design solutions to customers according to their actual applications.
• Coordinate between CPM, FAE, Cert. in resolving RF hardware issues in a timely manner.
• Review SCH and PCB design files using EDA tools.
• Support overseas certifications for OTA and EMC.
• Assist customers in hardware RF related queries with prompt replies.
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

• Responsible for RF hardware technical support in debugging and resolving on 2G/3G/4G/5G/CAT-M/NB-IoT/GNSS/Wi-Fi and other wireless communication module products


• Provide reliable design solutions to customers according to their actual applications.


• Coordinate between different teams (like CPM, FAE, Cert.) in resolving customer’s RF hardware related issues in a timely manner.


• Review the SCH and PCB design files of customer's device using EDA tools.


• Support to solve the problems encountered in overseas certifications for OTA and EMC


• Assist customers in hardware RF related queries and concerns with prompt replies


• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field with 3+ years of professional, hands-on experience in RF hardware design, FAE, or technical application support


• Wireless Module Debugging: Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and board-level debugging for cellular (5G NR, LTE, NB-IoT, CAT-M) and non-cellular (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS) module integration.
