Job summary

Qualcomm India Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a RF Product Engineer for the BDC Post Silicon Engineering group. The role focuses on RF receivers/transmitters/transceivers, analog, and mixed-signal ASIC design support, with emphasis on device debug, characterization, test automation and data analysis.

You will drive DOE definitions, fab matching, yield variance control, and continuous test time reduction while maintaining high production quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field with 3+ years Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
• PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field with 1+ year Hardware Engineering or related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Device Debug and Characterization for RF products and ICs.
• Test automation, data analysis, and DOE definitions to drive improvements.

General Summary:

Summary of Responsibilities: The BDC Post Silicon Engineering group has an opening for a RF Product Engineer. This group develops Test solutions for design verification of highly integrated RF Receivers/Transmitters/Transceivers, Power management, Analog, and Mixed signal ASICs designed by Qualcomm. We work with Design, System, Program Management, Yield, Reliability and Manufacturing teams to create, commercialize and support Qualcomm’s products. Job responsibilities for this position include Device Debug and Characterization, Test automation, Data analysis, Process experiment (DOE) definition, multiple-source fab matching, product documentation/presentation, driving failure analysis to completion and yield variance control. The job scope also requires the Engineer to drive short term and long-term test time reduction and yield improvement to meet set goals without compromising production quality.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
