Job summary

HYKON INDIA LIMITED invites applications for a Reverse Logistics & Inventory Specialist based in Thrissur. You will manage returns processing, repair stock management, and scrap control to keep inventory accurate.

Experience in warehouse operations and environmental compliance is a plus. Join immediately to coordinate with warehouse teams, perform stock audits, and generate reports on returns, salvage, and disposals, while using ERP/WMS systems and Excel for accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in warehouse inventory control, returns processing (RMA), or repair stock management.
• Proficient with inventory control systems (ERP/WMS) and Excel basics.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and log customer and vendor returns in the inventory system.
• Triage returned goods, categorize items for repair, and track stock movement with service teams.
• Identify and log obsolete stock for scrap disposal and environmental compliance.
• Perform regular physical counts and reconcile return, repair, and scrap inventories.
• Maintain logs of return trends, salvage rates, and scrap dispositions.

Reverse Logistics & Inventory Specialist

Returns Processing: Receive, inspect, and log customer andvendor returns accurately into the inventory management system.

RepairManagement: Triage returned goods, categorize items requiring repair, andcoordinate with technical service teams to track stock movement.

Scrap& Salvage Control: Identify, sort, and log obsolete stockfor proper scrap disposal and environmental compliance.

StockAudits: Perform regular physical counts and reconciliations of return, repair,and scrap inventory bins.

Documentation& Reporting: Maintain clear logs of return trends, salvage rates, and scrapdisposition reports.
