APM Terminals in Tamil Nadu, India invites a Reverse Logistics & Warehouse Returns Specialist to lead end-to-end return operations, inventory reconciliation and warehouse coordination. The role requires strong SAP knowledge and hands-on experience in warehousing, contract logistics or supply chain environments.

You will manage RMAs, coordinate with customers, warehouses and carriers, monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvements in inventory accuracy and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years in Reverse Logistics/ Warehouse Operations/ Supply Chain Operations.
• Experience in Contract Logistics and Returns Management.
• Strong SAP knowledge (MM, WM, EWM, SD) preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP, Advanced Excel, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer returns, RMAs and return-to-stock processes.
• Coordinate return shipments between customers, warehouses, repair centers and carriers.
• Investigate discrepancies, damaged goods, shortages and variances.
• Ensure timely processing of return orders and disposition.
• Perform inventory reconciliation and stock movement tracking.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and support cycle counts.
• Process SAP transactions: GR, GI, stock transfers, return orders.
• Provide updates on return status and KPIs.

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Reverse Logistics & Warehouse Returns Specialist to manage end-to-end return operations, inventory reconciliation, warehouse coordination, and transportation execution.
