You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination between the Rolling Stock systems and other critical project components. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (including Project Management, Engineering, and Support Functions such as Financing, Tax, Legal, Insurance, and Marketing & Pricing), collaborate with external stakeholders (such as contractors, government agencies, and partners), and oversee interface management activities to achieve project milestones.
You'll specifically take care of preparing and managing Interface Management Plans, coordinating with designated contractors, and ensuring integration of design and manufacturing activities, but also contribute to testing and commissioning efforts.

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in interface coordination and management of Rolling Stock systems
Experience in at least one driverless metro rail project (Grade of Automation 4)
Knowledge of metro Rolling Stock system integration, testing, and commissioning
Strong interpersonal skills for managing relationships with customers, contractors, and stakeholders
Proven leadership, accountability, and teamwork abilities
Understanding of interface functions and ability to manage milestone tracking
