Siemens AG in Thane is seeking a Mechanical engineer to re-engineer MV panels and produce comprehensive manufacturing drawings. You will ensure safety in design and document standard and nonstandard panels while leading a capable team.

The role requires hands-on experience with Siemens NX, Teamcenter and AutoCAD, and a strong ability to coordinate cross-functional activity, from concept through manufacturing.

Formación

• B.E. Mechanical with experience of Siemens old MV panels & non-Siemens MV panels.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens NX, Teamcenter and AutoCAD.

Responsabilidades

• Re-engineer existing Siemens and non-Siemens MV panels and prepare complete manufacturing documentation.
• Ensure safety in the workplace and address health, safety and environmental concerns in design.
• Document standard and nonstandard panels and drawings as per guidelines.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, assess competencies and nurture talent.
• Think strategically about complex topics and develop actionable recommendations.

• Responsible for Re-Engineering of Existing Siemens / Non-Siemens MV Breakers, Panels & create a complete Manufacturing document, Understanding of General Arrangement Drawings, Assembly Drawings, Component Level Drawings etc. as per Siemens Design Guidelines.`
• Demonstrate safety in the workplace and be able to recognize health, safety and environmental concern while designing the products.
• Responsible for documentation of standard & nonstandard panels
• Driving an effective, capable, and high performing team by reviewing organizational effectiveness, assessing competence, and developing talents.
• Proven ability to think strategically about complex topics and develop thoughtful recommendations and action plans.
• Ability to anticipate Customer and stakeholder needs.
• Strong, well-developed Communication, influencing, Coaching and leadership skills.
• Encourage challenges to foster new ideas and way of doing things. Get the things done and makes it easy for others to do the same. Build authentic, effective working relationships.

• B.E. MECHANICAL with having experience of Siemens old MV panels & non-Siemens MV Panels
• Must have firsthand experience Siemens NX software, Teamcenter & AutoCAD
