CTC: Up to 6.5 LPA (Based on Experience & Last Drawn CTC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end dark store operations and daily activities
• Ensure inventory accuracy, stock availability, and shrinkage control
• Lead and supervise store staff to achieve operational targets
• Monitor order processing, dispatch, and delivery SLAs
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate (Mandatory)
• Experience in Quick Commerce is mandatory
• Candidates from Blinkit, Zepto, Flipkart Minutes, BigBasket, or similar competitors preferred
