Job summary

Swiggy Instamart in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking a Warehouse Operations professional to manage inbound/outbound flows, inventory, and reverse logistics. The role drives productivity, implements FEFO/FIFO, and coordinates with cross-functional teams to maintain quality and cost efficiency.

The candidate should have 1–3 years in warehouse operations, knowledge of Google Sheets, and be willing to work in day/night shifts in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound, outbound, inventory, and reverse logistics.
• Conduct stock audits and reduce shrinkage.
• Oversee manpower management and on-ground processes.
• Drive process efficiency and ensure quality and cost control.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for end-to-end operations.
• Plan and manage reverse logistics and FEFO/FIFO practices.
• Identify root causes of inventory deviations and act on them.
• Coordinate with Dark Store teams for smooth material movement.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: -

• Warehouse process knowledge (Inbound, outbound, Inventory management, reverse logistics)


• Stock audit & reduce shrink


• Manpower management


• Driving process on ground ensuring quality & efficiency


• Coordination with multiple stakeholders for driving overall operations


• Planning & managing reverse logistics


• Plan and identify root causes of inventory deviation through cause-and-effect analysis.


• Drive productivity and improve cost efficiency


• FEFO & FIFO Management


• Coordination with Dark Store operations team for smooth material movement.

Qualifications
