Job summary

Swiggy Instamart seeks a Warehouse Operations professional to manage inbound/outbound, inventory, and stock control from the base location. You will lead a team, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive productivity to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

The role requires 1–3 years in warehouse ops, familiarity with Google Sheets, and willingness to work day and night shifts in a fast-paced environment at our Ahmedabad base.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of Google Sheets is a must.
• Ability to work as a team player in a target driven work environment.
• Should be open to work in Day & Night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound, outbound, and inventory management processes.
• Conduct stock audits and reduce shrink.
• Manage manpower and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Drive process on ground to improve quality and efficiency.
• Plan and manage reverse logistics and FEFO/FIFO management.
• Coordinate with Dark Store operations for material movement.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: -

• Warehouse process knowledge (Inbound, outbound, Inventory management, reverse logistics)
• Stock audit & reduce shrink
• Manpower management
• Driving process on ground ensuring quality & efficiency
• Coordination with multiple stakeholders for driving overall operations
• Planning & managing reverse logistics
• Plan and identify root causes of inventory deviation through cause-and-effect analysis.
• Drive productivity and improve cost efficiency
• FEFO & FIFO Management
• Coordination with Dark Store operations team for smooth material movement.

Qualifications

Preferred Candidate: -

• 1 to 3 years of experience in warehouse operations
• Having F&V experience will be an added advantage.
• Know-how of google sheet is must.
• Ability to work as a team player in a target driven work environment
• Should be open to work in shifts (Day & Night)
