Job summary

Jaipur Rugs is seeking a Retail Manager to oversee in-store client experience, servicing, sales and visual merchandising across its store network. You will ensure excellent client experience and nurture long-term relationships with customers.

You will spearhead store operations and administrative tasks, maintain vendor ledgers, manage inventory, and handle invoicing and reporting using MS Office. Strong leadership and commercial awareness are essential.

• Proven experience as retail manager or in other managerial position.
• Knowledge of retail management best practices.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent leadership skills with commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• In-store client experience, servicing, sales, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure excellent client experience and long-term relationships.
• Spearhead operations and admin work: maintain updated accounting & financial information and manpower handling.
• Maintain detailed ledger of vendor management.
• Logistics: facilitate and record movement of rugs and other store inventory (Inward and Outward challan process on NAV).
• Maintain necessary documents and ensure execution of assigned tasks.
• Maintain company assets, stocks and inventory management.
• Handle incoming store calls and follow up on important mails.
• Prepare (using MS Office) and share Proforma Invoice, Price Quotation, Presentation and other documents.
• Generate Sales Reports.

Job Description:

• Responsible for in Store Client experience, Servicing, Sales, VM
• Responsible for excellent client experience and long term relationship.

• Take care of incoming calls at the store & follow up on the important mails received.
