• Manage disbursement, repayment and delinquency, achieving daily/weekly collections targets
• Follow up on disbursed loans, especially those not paying on time
• Conduct regular field visits, centre meetings and loan applicant assessments
• Maintain portfolio quality by tracking dues, nonstarters, delinquency and frauds
• Build strong client relationships internally and externally, strengthening brand identification
• Ensure weekly/daily meetings and visits to centres

Your role

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring achievement of disbursement targets with minimum delinquency.
• Identifying Joint Liability Groups and disbursing loans to target customers and geographies.
• Enabling business growth by developing and managing teams across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach.
• Assessing potential client base and product acceptability in new regions, areas, and opportunities for geographical expansion.
• Managing disbursement, repayment, and delinquency, and achieving daily/weekly collections targets.
• Closely following up on disbursed loans, especially those not paying on time.
• Undertaking regular field visits, centre meetings, and loan applicant assessments.
• Maintaining portfolio quality by tracking and controlling normal dues, nonstarters, delinquency, and frauds.
• Building strong client relationships internally and externally, and strengthening brand identification with potential customers.
• Ensuring weekly/daily meetings and visits to centres.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:
