Job summary

Nike India operates a new Nike company-owned store in Bhiwandi, Mumbai, where the Nike Store Coach will oversee daily store activities and lead a team to deliver a premium consumer and employee experience. You will drive selling standards, coaching, and promotional execution in a defined area while partnering with the Store Manager to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years' retail experience or 4 years' retail experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 1 year's management experience.
• Demonstrable experience in retail management, including experience in coaching and mentoring people.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to use retail business systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
• Please note that no relocation package will be provided.

As the Nike Store Coach (Department Manager for Operations or Consumer Experience), your mission will be to create an environment that will provide a premium consumer and employee experience and implementing/executing programmes to drive business results. This position is based in our new Nike company-owned store in Bhiwandi, Mumbai.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

As our Nike Store Coach, you will manage all daily activities in a specific area of the store, including selling and service.
