Job summary

SuperErgo is seeking a Retail Operations/Field Execution representative based in Bangalore to visit Pepperfry stores on weekends and ensure proper product display, condition, and staff knowledge. This role represents the brand on the ground and requires regular travel to stores across the city.

You will train store staff, report product issues, and gather customer feedback and observations to improve the in-store experience. Stipend-based role with potential for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Visit Pepperfry stores in your city on a regular basis, with weekends prioritized.
• Ensure products are displayed correctly and in good condition.
• Identify damaged or missing parts and report issues promptly.
• Train store staff on SuperErgo products and talking points.
• Submit brief reports after each visit covering product condition, questions, and observations.

The Role

You'll be the face of SuperErgo at select Pepperfry stores in your city. Your job is simple but important: make sure our products are displayed the way they should be, remain in excellent condition, and that the store team understands how to confidently recommend them to customers. Every store visit helps create a better experience for potential SuperErgo customers.

What you will do

• Visit your assigned Pepperfry store(s) on a regular basis, with weekends being the highest priority.
• Ensure SuperErgo products are displayed correctly, cleanly, and prominently.
• Check products for damage, missing parts, or servicing requirements, and report issues immediately.
• Train and refresh store staff on SuperErgo products, key ergonomic features, and customer talking points.
• Submit simple reports after every visit covering:
• Product condition
• Customer questions and objections
• Observe customer behaviour and competitor activity, and share useful insights with the team.

What we are looking for

• Based in one of the listed cities and able to regularly visit the assigned Pepperfry store(s).
• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Confident communicating with store staff and customers.
• Available on weekends, when customer footfall is highest.
• Interested in retail, consumer brands, or ergonomics (preferred but not mandatory).
