Job summary

adidas is seeking a Retail Associate in Dehradun, India to support store sales and deliver an exceptional brand experience. You will engage customers, apply product knowledge, and contribute to achieving store KPIs while upholding Brand standards.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, stocking merchandise, and maintaining visual standards. A high school education and prior retail exposure are preferred; you will join a diverse, inclusive team with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• High school education and good numeric, literacy and verbal communication skills.
• Preferably 6 months in a sports/fashion retail environment.
• Basic numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of store sales and KPI targets and own them; use store resources to meet/exceed them.
• Execute Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectations.
• Be a Brand Ambassador, consistently exhibiting Brand Attitude and Values.
• Use seasonal Brand and product knowledge during sales interactions.
• Communicate product features and benefits to address customers' needs and strengthen connection to the Brand.
• Process merchandise deliveries quickly and replenish fixtures to represent full product offer on the floor.
• Complete cash register transactions quickly and accurately.
• Minimize loss in stockroom and on the sales floor.
• Perform store operations safely, effectively and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and complete training programs.

• Minimize loss in both, the stockroom and the sales floor
• Perform all store operations in a safe, effective and efficient manner
