Job summary

Adidas in Bengaluru is seeking a Retail Associate to contribute to meeting store sales targets and to inspire customer loyalty. You will serve customers, follow brand standards, and execute store operations with accuracy.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will use product knowledge to address customer needs, participate in merchandising, and collaborate with the team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school education is required.
• Preferably 6 months of experience in sports/fashion retail.
• Basic numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store sales and KPI targets using available store resources.
• Serve and sell to customers while following Brand Customer Service standards.

"Job Title- Retail Associate PURPOSE & IMPACT ON ORGANIZATION: Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets by: Passionately inspiring consumer loyalty to the brand Effectively serving and selling to customers Diligently executing store operations KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them.
