• Foster customer service excellence, resolve escalations, and build strong client relationships.
• Support store processes with routine stock, promotions, and daily sales tracking.

MANPOWER MANAGEMENT

• Should brief staff promotions, sales target for the day and discuss issues related to customer queries and feedback to them.
• Should visit floors & observe who is selling more and who is properly communicating with customers to brief regarding the product.
• Ensure that the staff is working to their fullest potential and satisfaction.
• Ensure implementation of work Ethics and Discipline amongst team members
• To train the new employees and floor staff on the product knowledge, Grooming standards, Soft skills & Retail standards.
• Ensuring every department runs smoothly and safely on a day-to-day basis, ensuring customers enjoy a winning service, procedures are followed and sales continue to grow.
• Motivate team to ensure delivery of Business objectives
• To monitor that sufficient cash counters to be opened all the time. Supervising the staff on greeting and assisting the Customers to locating the product and helping them to make comfortable purchase.
• Should take daily feedback from B.D.M’S regarding customer feedback
• Making schedule for the breaks, cashiering & weekly off for the staff according to the availability.
• To ensure all that company rules and procedures are followed with respect to customer service and sales.
• Ensure that high standards of grooming are implemented amongst all members of the team includes Housekeeping, Security.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION:

• To address the customer queries, problems, or any other issues and sort it out immediately or giving a solution to the customer to his/her satisfaction and to take necessary steps
• To stay in constant touch with the customer to find out any dissatisfied customer and take immediate action.
• To maintain a high level of relation with all corporate clients to ensure constant flow of profitable business and take care of all their problems
• Optimize service level by setting and reviewing standards continuously.
• Initiating promotional activities to increase customer foot fall at the showroom implementing new ideas and promotions activities for better customer service.
• Inform to all the customers regarding new offers & new stock by different ways
• Maintaining customer’s data.
• Preparing the track of customer walk-in, maintaining customer feedback.
• Increases quality of customer experience by ensuring appropriate service levels and effective merchandise presentation.

SALES MANAGEMENT

• Ensuring that the global counts are carried out on day-to-day basis.
• Analyzing and strategizing the non-performing departments and improving their performance.
• Leading & motivating teams ensuring there career development. Counseling and training non-performers and ensuring their development and growth.
• Responsible for sales and business development activities of the Department.
• Visit competitor showrooms and determine their product, presentation and customer service and report should send to H.O.
• Ensure daily inventory of high value sarees in the respective floors.
• Forecasting of sales prior planning of stocks for the season.
• To coordinate with ware house in charge and get the right stocks to showroom at right time.
• To identify the non-moving stocks and try to clear the stocks through various promotions with prior approval from the management.
• Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans & analysing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
• As and when time permits he should talk to the salesman to give some moral support to them.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

• Check the quality of goods and feedback should give to the management
• Controlling the shrinkage
• Ensuring proper documentation for shortages, faster clearance for the shortage items receipts.
• To check and ensure proper replenishment of stocks.
• Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers for future products
• Good housekeeping. Ensure that all stock is clean, tidy and well presented
• Maintaining all the process as per the Standard operating procedure
• Checking and receive the stock with the GRN copy.

VISUAL MERCHANDISING

• Mannequins are kept at the right place to attract the customers into the store and rotated frequently.
• Shelves and racks are properly stocked and products do not fall off the shelves.
• Ensuring the arrangement of merchandise in space allocated as per plans & floor presentation.
• To merchandise products of promos effectively.
• Ensuring that visual merchandising is consistent with customers' expectations of the brand.
• Evaluating shrinkage, implementing effective merchandising techniques and customer service skills to minimize the possibility of the product being stolen.
• The merchandise should be according to the season as well as the latest trends & it should be approved by M.D
• Guide to staff how to do the Alignment of Visual Merchandising to increase the sales.

COST CONTROL & MIS REPORTS

• To maintain effective control of expenses in line with budget objective.
• To carry out monthly examination of all expenses and looks for saving potentials.
• Planning of store operation budgets
• Maintaining and control over petty Expenses
• Generating sales reports and updating sales data.
• Preparation of various reports like sales, attendance sheet, store tracker, promotions and send to H.O
• Maintaining goods inward, outward, petty cash, exchange, cash and card details.
• Ensuring the all the MIS reports related to cash and sales are emailed to HO on a daily basis.
• Ordering stocks, maintaining DSR (daily stock report) and reporting to the head office.

H.R& STATUTORY

• Should support to H.R.Department to recruiting the employees
• Manage and ensure employee satisfaction and retention.
• Dealing staffing issues, interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews and organizing training and development.
• To ensure all new employees have gone through our orientation and induction program before assigned to a particular job.

GENERAL / ADMINISTRATION

• Implementation of plans to build a global awareness of the kalanjali products
• Ensure adherence to disciplinary requirements of the store
• Facilitate front end team by ensuring asset protection and Inventory Control by minimize shrinkage, damage and pilferage within norms.
• Ensure adequate facilities, store ambience and services for staff and customers
• Focus on Layout of the store to make it attractive as per the current trends and store is kept clean
• To maintain an excellent and professional relations with all in order to achieve a very healthy working environment.
• Overseeing the entire store operation ProcessMannequins are kept at the right place to attract the customers into the store and rotated frequently.
• To proactively participate in sales promotion schemes, ensure proper implementation & execution.
• Analyzing competitor’s strategies & analyze the market structure
• Depositing the sale cash every day and sending the Daily sale report both cash & card details to the accounts section
• Should check the employee’s attendance. He should know how many attended and how many on leave to run the operations smoothly.

SECURITY& MAINTENANCE

• Should check the security level before he enters into the store. How many are the duty, whether they attended or not.
• Ensure that all technical equipment’s are working in good condition.
• To check with the technical head whether Annual Maintenance Contracts been taken for all technical equipment’s which are not in warranty period.
• Forwarding all technical requirements to the respective department from time to time.
• Should maintain hygienic and clean to make a fresh look to the customer.
• Check the air condition working.
• Should check the generator and battery area along with the electrician.
• He should track the electrical consumption by day by day.
• Should check the washrooms & lift are properly cleaned.
