Job summary

USHEMA MANSYSTEM is seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager in Delhi to oversee daily restaurant activities, supervise frontline and kitchen staff, and ensure food quality and hygiene. You will manage costs, wastage, and operating expenses while maintaining service standards.

The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of restaurant operations, staff leadership capabilities, and familiarity with inventory, billing, and MS Office.
