Hotel Ashish International in Bhilai seeks an experienced Pan-Asian/Chinese Chef with strong expertise in Chinese and Asian cuisine, including Asian soups, starters, dim sums, and main-course dishes. Including different Asian sauces like kung fu sauce, Schezwan sauce, Basil chilli and others.

The role requires mastery of authentic flavors and techniques across our hotel’s diverse dining venues, delivering exceptional guest experiences with consistent quality and innovative menu ideas.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pan-Asian/Chinese cuisine.
• Strong expertise in Chinese and Asian cuisine.
• Experience with dim sums, soups, starters and main courses.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Pan-Asian/Chinese dishes for multiple dining outlets.
• Maintain high quality, consistency and presentation of dishes.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to develop and refine menus.
