Job summary

• Answer menu or dietary inquiries, suggest add-ons or promotions, and handle guest complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to verify order accuracy and ensure timely pickup or delivery.
• Keep the front counter, register area, and waiting zones clean, sanitized, and stocked with essentials.
