Tescra is seeking an experienced Resource Management Officer (RMO) to optimize resource allocation for global client projects. You will collaborate with management to identify resource needs, assemble qualified teams, and ensure alignment with budgets and schedules.

The role requires 6-8 years of experience in operations, strong communication, and flexibility to work across shifts and time zones. You will play a key role in improving team efficiency and project outcomes across regions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assign resources to client engagements to balance utilization.

Role & responsibilities

Job Description | RMO

• Assign resources to specific client engagement projects with a goal of effectively balancing resource utilization.
• Track/ manage the incoming workflow of requests Globally
• Works with the management team to identify the type of technical and business resources needed, assembling teams that are qualified to perform the work and financially aligned with project budget and schedule plans.
• Coordinates plans for resource redeployment with the field organisation/ leadership.
• Assigning available employees to projects in accordance with their skillsets, previous experience, and availability
• Monitoring day-to-day project activities and corresponding resourcing
• Monitoring and managing employee's workload, utilization, and overtime hours.
• Ability to be flexible with work hours/availability to support team members in other time zones.
• Demonstrated track record of being proactive and creative in problem-solving. Strong desire and follow through to make things easier for teams we are supporting.
