We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager for the complete Hitachi Energy portfolio. This position will be based in Jamshedpur.

How you'll make an impact:

• Responsible for achieving the sales target for the complete Hitachi Energy portfolio business across Bihar and Jharkhand.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts within the territory.
• Drive business development activities, including engagement in technical specification and approval processes.
• Promote and position Hitachi Energy's current and future portfolio across industries, utilities, EPCs, distributors, OEMs, and emerging market channels.
• Develop, guide, support, and expand channel partner networks, including identifying and onboarding new partners in uncovered regions.
• Monitor order execution and collaborate with project handling teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage receivables, including payment collection, in line with business forecasts.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting through tools such as SFDC and SAP while maintaining high data quality standards.
• Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and integrity in all business activities.
• Participate in and organize customer engagement activities, including technical seminars, presentations, exhibitions, and industry events.

Your background:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Experience in MV/HV Switchgear, Grid Automation, or related power industry segments is preferred.
• Strong sales, marketing, and account management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage change and drive business growth in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively and engage with customers across the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required; knowledge of the local language is preferred.
