Qualifications

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of overall experience, including 6 years in a similar resident engineer role and 8 years in qualifying projects.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a culturally diverse organization and respect differences.
• Strong problemsolving skills in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
• Selfmotivated with outstanding leadership, able to influence without authority.
