Qualifications

• Diagnose and resolve AV/UC issues on complex systems under pressure.
• Support IP-integrated control systems using Crestron, AMX, and networking.
• Deliver preventative maintenance and identify risks before failures.
• Cover on-site TV, satellite RF, and video systems alongside AV infrastructure.
• Communicate findings in plain language to enterprise clients.
• Complete reports and service records following internal standards.
• Contribute to team excellence and support national team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve AV and UC issues: Execute advanced fault-finding on complex audio visual and video conferencing systems, working efficiently under pressure and maintaining composure at every step.
• Support IP-integrated control systems: Leverage your knowledge of Crestron, AMX, and networking to troubleshoot and resolve issues across IP-integrated AV control environments.
• Deliver preventative maintenance: Assess client-owned AV equipment regularly, identifying risks before they become failures and keeping systems performing to agreed standards.
• Cover the full technology stack: Provide on-site support for TV, satellite RF, and video systems alongside core AV and conferencing infrastructure.
• Communicate findings clearly: Translate technical fault diagnoses into plain language for enterprise clients, building long-term trust through transparency and responsiveness.
• Own your documentation: Complete comprehensive job reports and service records for every assignment, maintaining Actis's internal documentation standards throughout.
• Contribute to team excellence: Bring an organised and proactive approach to every service call, supporting the wider national support team and contributing to shared best practices.
